The Annual Meeting of the Membership is coming soon. The meeting will be held on February 24, 2012 at the Midlothian Civic Center. A link to download the official meeting notice and ballot is located below.
Texas law requires all Water Supply Corporations in the State to conduct Annual Membership Meetings and Director Elections. In order for a legal meeting to take place, 10% of the membership must either be present at the meeting and cast a ballot OR represented by a ballot that can either be mailed in or delivered in person to the Corporation's office. To encourage participation, Sardis will draw from all the ballots received (either by mail or in person) 10 seperate winners who will be awarded $50.00 bill credits.
